JACQUELYNNE OCAÑA

Jacquelynne Ocaña is a partner of Specialized Services for Law Firms and began her fiduciary career in 2010. Representing six generations in Sonoma County, Jacquelynne’s practice includes trust administration, special needs trust administration, probated estate administration, conservatorships, and care management. She specializes in navigating public benefits and mental health case management. Her focus also includes taxation, real estate transactions, and business disillusion.

Jacquelynne is a member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council, the Sonoma County Bar Association, and Sonoma County Women in Law. She is bilingual in Spanish, serves on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Sonoma County, and is a member of the Santa Rosa Community Advisory Board. Her advocacy in fighting elder abuse and volunteer work with local organizations are a testament to her support of human rights and social justice.
