antique rocking chair

I was given a pair of rocking chairs. They are walnut or mahogany. No labels of identification, etc. On all for post they is a pineapple design. Originall there was caning which through the years and mistreatment has broken away. I have taken detailed pistures but have no idea where to send them as I would like very much to have some idea their worth before investing in re-caning. The cushions were separate. They were constructed with inner springs and heavy cotton/straw for padding.
If you would send me an e mail address of someone who could tell me about them.
The story behind them is about 50 years ago a widow died and all her things were sold at auction and my mom bought the chairs. The woman came from Europe originally, Germany as I recall, and brought the chairs with her. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
